Core Watch Service
Every visit, regardless of plan, includes a thorough walk of the interior and exterior — checking for issues like doors, windows, and signs of entry, along with leaks or water damage, pest activity, and storm or weather damage — followed by a written report with photos after every stop, so you always know exactly what we found. Our Essential plan covers monthly visits and suits properties that only need to be checked occasionally through the off-season.
Our Standard plan steps that up to twice-monthly visits, which is the right fit for most seasonal cottages and snowbird homes that sit empty for extended stretches.
Our Premium plan brings weekly visits for higher-value properties or longer winter absences, giving you the closest thing to being there yourself. Premium Services
Beyond the core visit, we offer a handful of practical add-ons. Each fall, we winterize your plumbing, drain the water lines, and fully secure your property for the season — then each spring, we restore your water and power, air the place out, and run the appliances so everything’s ready before you arrive. If a storm rolls through, we’ll do a pre-storm check or a post-storm damage inspection with photos, so you know right away if anything needs attention. For properties with a car or boat on site, we’ll start it up and check the battery, tires, and fluids during a visit. When a tradesperson needs access, we let them in and stay on site so you’re not coordinating from out of town.
